Top Coat for PNB gel nail polish
Top Coat for gel nail polish coating with dispersion layer. It does not contain UV.
It is applied to the colored coating with the middle layer. The curing time in the
UV/LED lamp 48 watts – at least 1 minute. It is recommended to remove the
dispersion layer one minute after curing.
